70. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason benefit payments ceased to a person (details supplied), if this case can be reviewed. [32620/15]

Disability allowance (DA) ceased as the person concerned was awarded as a qualified adult on her spouses pension, which is payable at a higher rate than her entitlement on DA. DA cannot be paid concurrently with a qualified adult allowance.
