126. To ask the Taoiseach the current funding, and the capital funding, allocated to his Department; the underspend or overspend in each category, in 2015 to date, based on his Department's spending profile; the funding made available within, and external to, his Department's functions in supporting innovation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has no capital funding. The total current funding allocation in 2015 is €27.022 million. At end of August spend was at 88% of profiled expenditure. My Department supports the implementation of Government policy on innovation in a range of ways, including through the work of Cabinet committees and through support for implementation of the Action Plan for Jobs.
