In response to her application for an increased rent limit, the person concerned was written to on 21^stAugust 2015 and again on 10^thSeptember 2015 and asked to provide further details. In particular, she was asked for a letter from a Public Representative or homeless agency to support her claim for the increased rent limit and to provide evidence from the Revenue commissioners that she does not run her own business. On receipt of this information, the client's rate of Rent Supplement entitlement can be re-assessed.
