The Dublin City Centre Transport Study was undertaken jointly by Dublin City Council and the National Transport Authority (NTA). The regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry is a matter for the NTA under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013. I have therefore referred the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. I ask him to advise my private office if he does not receive a response within 10 working days.
