1514. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government his views on a matter (details supplied) regarding referendums and the provision of a jury system; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32157/15]

The Constitution provides that referendums are held on proposals in Bills passed or deemed to have been passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas. There are no plans to have the wording for referendums decided otherwise.
