To ask the Minister for Health the reason in most cases only limited information on the adverse drug reactions is provided to the Health Products Regulatory Authority in association with Roaccutane since 1983; the other essential information concerning Roaccutane that is withheld; by whom and the reason it is withheld; if he will provide details of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
