In order to comply with EU requirements, the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme application of the person named was one of a number selected for a Bovine Identification & Registration (IDR) inspection. The results of this inspection are currently being finalised and the person named will be notified of the outcome as soon as possible. In the event that the person named is dissatisfied with the inspection results they will have the option to seek a review from the District Inspector. I will bring the content of your question to the attention of the relevant inspecting officers.
