852. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will publish a detailed place map showing how title to lands in the vicinity of the Royal Canal from Cross Guns Bridge in Phibsborough, Dublin 7, west as far as the Dublin city boundary is distributed between the different statutory transport bodies, and other public bodies, including the Office of Public Works, Waterways Ireland and Dublin City Council; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have no role in relation to the publication of title to lands in general, nor do I have any plans to publish a place map of lands for statutory bodies as requested by the Deputy. I have no responsibility for the Office of Public Works, for which my colleague the Minister of State at the Department of Finance is responsible; for Waterways Ireland, for which my colleague the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht is responsible; or for local authorities such as Dublin City Council. If the Deputy has particular issues she wishes to know more about in relation to lands owned by the statutory transport bodies, she may wish to contact my private office.  More generally, she may wish to contact the Property Registration Authority, given its statutory role, or Dublin City Council, given its planning role, for assistance.
