To ask the Minister for Health if he will confirm that the Health Service Executive is providing the same level of funding for 2015 to an association (details supplied) towards staff costs as it provided in 2014; if he will confirm that the association produced a valid tax clearance certificate on each occasion it received a funding allocation during 2015 to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
