The net provision for the Health Vote (Vote 38) in 2015 is €12.221 billion, comprising €11.839 billion current and €382 million capital expenditure. At end June Vote 38 is €32 million over profile, €28 million current and €4 million capital. The main overspends are in relation to expenditure on acute hospitals, demand-led schemes and legal settlements.
