As outlined in previous replies to the Deputy, the most recent being PQ 19202-15, the documents required to enable a review remain outstanding. Requirements were set out to the client in letters from the Department on 16th May 2014, 6th August 2014 and 4th September 2014. This correspondence included an invitation to supply evidence of any medical circumstances that might be relevant to the claim. The client was written to again on 5th February 2015 requesting the outstanding information and indicating that if this was not received within 21 days a further review would not be possible. As nothing further was received from the client, a letter was issued on 10th March, 2015 stating that the opportunity for a review had now closed.
