​I understand from the Railway Procurement Agency (RPA) that discussions are still ongoing between Transdev and the Railway Procurement Agency in relation to the practicalities, advantages and disadvantages of appointing Authorised Officers pursuant to section 66B of the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001.
