To ask the Minister for Health the current location of the obstetric records, including the birth registers and the maternity theatre registers, and detailing the types of records held, both on-site and off-site for each year from 1960 onwards relating to maternity services provided at St. Luke's Hospital, County Kilkenny, under arrangements pursuant to maternity services legislation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
