96. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if shareholders can apply to him for the compulsory partition of commonage, where there is a majority agreement, but not a unanimous agreement, for the division by shareholders; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27760/15]

My Department has no role in the transfer of land ownership and, therefore, any application for a compulsory partition of any commonage is a matter that should be addressed to the Courts.
