To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he will provide in tabular form the number of requests for meetings he has received from private, external, non-State funded lobby groups; the number of meetings he has held with these groups; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Since my appointment in July 2014 I have met with the groups listed in the table below, on the dates indicated.The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade also receives many requests for meetings at Headquarters and in Missions abroad from a wide-range of groups and individuals whom it is not always possible for me to meet.
