To ask the Minister for Health if he will appoint the required staff to the cystic fibrosis specialist unit in Cork University Hospital, given that all the facilities provided have been made possible by the substantial funding of a volunteer charitable group (details supplied), the targeted opening date of March 2015 is overdue and the facility is a great necessity for the affected patients; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
