To ask the Minister for Health if he will make available all data, documents and information that state that he is satisfied the Health Products Regulatory Authority operates to the highest standards of probity, accountability and transparency, and in its dealings with Roche Pharmaceuticals where Roaccutane is concerned since its authorisation in 1983; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my answer of 19 May where I stated that I am satisfied that the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) operates to the highest standards of probity, accountability and transparency in its dealings with pharmaceutical companies, health professionals and patients alike.
