The information regarding my expenses incurred and paid since 2011 is set out in the followng table. My travel expenses are calculated on the basis of rates approved by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform and as such are not vouched.  All other expenses I have incurred were paid on foot of receipts verifying the actual costs incurred.
