To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the report on current procedure for processing payment of fixed-charge penalty point notices, when the licence number is not included, or is incorrect; if, in these cases the notice is returned, or accepted when the correct payment is paid within the required 56 days; the number of notices paid in the correct time frame, but were no penalty points were applied in each of the years 2013 and 2014 and in 2015 to date; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
