​The Road Safety Authority has overall responsibility for the delivery and oversight of the National Car Test. I understand that procedures are in place to facilitate the testing of vehicles that have been subject to medical adaptations and I have referred this Question to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within 10 days.
