I propose to take Questions Nos. 482 to 505, inclusive, together.

I have been informed that the report referred to by the Deputy relates to an inspection by the Health and Information Quality Authority that was carried out earlier this year. This report has not been published or otherwise made publicly available to date. I understand that publication, in line with HIQA's procedures, is expected shortly. I do not intend to provide commentary on an independent regulatory report that is not currently in the public domain. In the interim, I have requested the information from the Child and Family Agency and I will revert to the Deputy when this information is to hand, and the report referred to in the questions has been published.
