​Pursuant to the provisions of the Irish Aviation Authority Act, 1993, the Irish Aviation Authority has responsibility for, inter alia, the provision, operation and management of air navigation services in Irish and other airspace. I have accordingly referred the Deputy's question to them for direct reply.  I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a reply has not been received within ten days.
