347. To ask the Minister for Finance the current tax take from the RCT sector in 2012, 2013, 2014 and the expected tax take for 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [22417/15]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the annual tax take from sectors to which Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) is applicable (ie the 'Agriculture, forestry & fishing', 'Manufacturing' and 'Construction' sectors), in 2012 and 2013 (the latest year for which a sectoral breakdown is available) is €4,291 million and €4,104 million respectively. I am also advised by the Revenue Commissioners that breakdown by tax of these figures is available on their statistics website in the 'Revenue Net Receipts by Sector' section at .
