To ask the Minister for Finance the total cost, including legal fees, public relations costs and so on, to the State of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation strategy towards the former owner-owners and senior management of the Quinn Group; the amount of the overall cost that has been-will be recouped; the way the overall outlay compares to the Quinn family offer of €2.8 billion, when same was made; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
