The application was awarded on 19th May 2015 and the first payment is due to issue to the bank on 18th June 2015. Any arrears of allowance due (less any overlapping social welfare payment and/or outstanding overpayment) will issue in due course. I confirm a disability allowance application was received on 9 February 2015. The application was refused on 30 March 2015 as he was deemed unsuitable for the scheme.

The Department of Social Protection received notification from the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office on 6 May 2015 that an appeal had been opened in this case.

The case file for the person in question has been sent to the Social Welfare Appeals Office together with the required deciding officer submission.
