1013. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the number of commissions of investigation established under the aegis of her Department, in tabular form, since the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004 came into effect; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22752/15]

I can confirm to the Deputy that no commissions of investigations have been established under the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004 within my Department since the commencement of that Act.
