192. To ask the Minister for Social Protection when a decision on a disability allowance will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21558/15]

As some questions on the application form were not completed, we have written to the person concerned in order to obtain this information.
A final decision will be made on his application for disability allowance upon the receipt of the above requested information.

In order to determine the circumstances of the person concerned, his file was forwarded to his local Social Welfare Inspector. S/he will arrange to meet with the person in question as soon as possible.
A final decision on his entitlement to disability allowance will be given on receipt of the Social Welfare Inspectors report. The person in question will be notified directly of the outcome.
