To ask the Minister for Health when the increases in staffing levels and the number of beds agreed by the current staff and the HSE at the mental health unit in University Hospital Galway will be introduced, arising from the positive impact the extra resources will have on patients, family and staff of both the inpatient and outpatient sections; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
