The application for carer’s allowance in respect of the person concerned was awarded on 11th March 2015 and the first payment was issued to the bank on 26th March 2015. Arrears of allowance due from 3rd April 2014 to 25th March 2015 were issued to the bank on the 30th April 2015. The person in question was notified on the 11th March 2015 of this decision.
