I propose to take Questions Nos. 1021 and 1022 together.

I am aware of the recent resignations from the Board of the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company.  I am also aware that the company continues to operate with a legal quorum. 

The filling of vacancies that will arise on the Boards of all Port Companies will be considered in the coming months.
