To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the grounds on which the decision was made not to grant a person (details supplied) in County Sligo a reader for the leaving certificate in 2015 in view of the fact that during the appeal the person included an up-to-date psychologist report which had a standard score of less than 85 which satisfies the qualifying conditions for approval for a reader; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
