To ask the Minister for Health the steps he will take to ensure that appropriate transport is provided to a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who has to attend a hospital on a daily basis in order to obtain required treatment, or alternatively, if he will ensure adequate finance is made available, by way of an exceptional needs payment, as this person is in receipt of a widow's pension valued at €195.50 per week; in particular, if he will address the issues specified in correspondence furnished to his Department on 27 April 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
