My Department has been in correspondence with the above named person to advise and assist in relation to the requirements for transferring of schemes in which the deceased herd owner participated and also transferring entitlements held by the deceased person. In order to transfer entitlements from the deceased herd owner to the rightful beneficiary, it is necessary for the rightful beneficiary and the Estate of the deceased person to submit a 2015 Transfer of Entitlement Allocation Right and Reference Value form to my Department. This form is available on the Departments website .
My Department would also require a letter from the solicitor acting on behalf of the Estate indicating all beneficiaries. In the absence of a will, Letters of Administration should also be submitted. My Department can be contacted directly at lo call 0761 064430 if any further information is required.
