Irish Water recently submitted supplementary information in respect of this application, following a request by my Department under section 13A(1) of the Foreshore Act 1933. The supplementary information received from Irish Water has been issued for public consultation, and the latest date for submissions is today, 30 April 2015.

Following completion of the consultation phase, the Marine Licence Vetting Committee (MLVC), which advises on foreshore consent applications, will finalise its report and recommendations prior to the application being submitted for my determination. I expect the application to come before me for determination in May.
