To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government the steps he can take to facilitate the re-activation of various town centre developments, which were abandoned in the course of the banking collapse and which have since remained dormant; if issues affecting such cases have been examined with a view to re-activation with particular reference to Naas in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
