The Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2015, which provides for the Back to Work Family Dividend scheme was published on 16 February, 2015. The Bill has passed all stages in the Dáil and is currently being considered in the Seanad. It is expected to be enacted in May 2015.
