To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide, in tabular form, the names of each firm of solicitors that has been appointed by each county council to provide legal services since 2010; the names of those firms that subsequently were retained by each of the councils; the reason there is a practice of appointing firms to a panel and subsequently not using their services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
