To ask the Minister for Health if an application under the fair deal scheme in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin will be given urgent attention, in view of the fact that the original delay in the application was with Saint Vincent’s Hospital; and if the family will be re-imbursed for nursing home fees when their application is finally granted. As this is a service matter it has been referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply. If the Deputy has not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days he should contact my Private Office and they will follow up the matter with them.
