To ask the Minister for Health his views that hospital debt collecting agents are understanding of the harsh economic realities for the less well off in society; his further views that many persons feel that these debt collecting agencies are not co-operative, not understanding and can often be very intimidating towards persons within the public health system, who have serious economic and health problems.
