The person named is cooperating with officials of my Department and the ISPCA to ensure that appropriate standards of animal welfare and animal husbandry are being maintained on the person's holding. Matters relating to disqualification or having control of animals are set out in the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 and are for the courts to determine.
