To ask the Minister for Health the reason there is no local facility for outpatients who need dressings tended to on a daily basis in the Clondalkin area in Dublin 22, as the current situation of obliging such patients to attend Tallaght hospital in Dublin 24 in the morning, is very inconvenient for those dependent on public transport [12941/15]
