To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will lift the current embargo on entry to the Green Low-Carbon Agri-Environmental Scheme for farmers who were unsuccessful in applying for the Agri -Environment Options Scheme, as currently, the system will not accept these applicants; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All AEOS applicants, including those who were unsuccessful, may now apply for GLAS and the system has been amended to accept all such applications.
