To ask the Minister for Health the reason the Health Service Executive is refusing to implement a Labour Court direction to pay 400 social care workers twilight premium payment arrears in counties Galway and Roscommon; if he will confirm that such back-payments have been paid by the Health Service Executive in other primary community continuing care areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
