I propose to take Questions Nos. 569 to 571, inclusive, together.
As the particular issues raised by the Deputy relate to an individual case, these are service matters for the Health Service Executive. Accordingly, I have arranged for the questions to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
