To ask the Minister for Health the support professionals, who are available at St. Luke's Hospital, County Kilkenny, to assist children diagnosed with diabetes; if a paediatric diabetes nurse will be appointed in the hospital in view of the fact that three children a week are being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; the waiting list number and the time frame for treatment; and if he will expedite the matter [10051/15]
