To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport how the Irish Aviation Authority know when aircraft such as the United States of America aircraft, Military Hercules EC130H, which made an emergency landing in Shannon on 28 February 2015, are in Irish airspace in view of the fact that the aircraft normally operate in secret.
