426. To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide details of existing frameworks for consultancy services entered into by his Department and the Health Service Executive, including the nature of the frameworks, the members of the framework, the dates these frameworks were established, when they are due to expire; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department holds no framework agreements for consultancy services. Consultancy is procured on an as required basis ensuring that value for money is achieved. This Department participates in the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform procurement framework in the areas of ICT, Telecoms, and Data Networking services.
I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy. If you have not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days please contact my Private Office and they will follow up the matter with them.
