To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the total funding budget provided by his Department to Bus Éireann in each of the past five years; the percentage of such funding in each year allocated for rural transport activities; if there is a commitment that Bus Éireann must provide a social dividend to the communities that it serves from such a budget; if so, those who determine such a social dividend; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
