To ask the Minister for Health if he will provide details of those resident at an address (details supplied) in County Dublin, and the proposal to replace the nursing staff with care administrators; the reason there has been no formal consultation, or communication, with either the residents, or their family members; if the residents and families will be consulted in relation to this major change; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
