157. To ask the Minister for Health the reason Galway Roscommon Primary Community Continuing Care failed to spend up to 10% of its allocated budget for mental health services in 2014; the reason its budget was cut by a further 5% in 2015; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7598/15]
